ANDREW PICKS UP THE WIN ON THE MOUND, CD PLAYOFFS START TONIGHT

Andrew's LL team picked up another win last night 7-4 over the Angels. Andrew went 2-2 at the plate and picked up the win on the mound. On the mound 1 inning Andrew walked 5 batters in the same inning and the other team didn't score, they had 2 runners thrown out at the plate. Andrew's team will play there final game of the regular season tonight. The CD baseball playoffs start tonight at Shepherd Stadium weather permitting at 5pm, the rain doesn't look to heavy so they might get it in. Today's match ups have #1 Thomas Dale playing #4 Prince George in 5pm game and in the 2nd game it will be #2 Matoaca playing #3 Dinwiddie with the winners advancing to Thursday's championship game. In girls soccer action tonight CH will play Prince George and in boys soccer action CH will play Matoaca. The NHL Stanley Cup Finals are now set after Detroit finished off the Dallas Stars last night 4-1, the finals will began Saturday. Mom bought one of those Wii games yesterday and believe it or not it has caused my Pain index to be elevated this morning, after throwing the baseball and swinging the bat on that game my shoulders are very sore this morning. That game looks like it could be very addictive. MICKEY

Strength does not come from winning.Your
struggles develop your strength. When
you go through hardship and decide
not to surrender, that is strength.
- Arnold Schwarzenegger

Wants and needs
You do not get what you want, or even what you need. You get what you are.

When you want this or need that, you are supporting the reality that you do not have it. Instead of putting your energy into wanting or needing, put it into being.

By your thoughts and actions, with your words and feelings, you can choose how to be. Use that powerful choice to give energy, attention and the substance of your life to those things you value most.

Instead of working to convince the world that you need some particular thing, put your effort into expressing it through your own life. Give up the habit of wanting more, and put your energy into living exactly as you choose to live.

Through the miracle of your life in this moment right now, you already have access to all that is. Your challenge is not one of want or need, but of appreciating and making full use of all that is available to you.

Instead of pushing life's abundance away with your wants and needs, let that abundance freely flow through you. Always live according to the best you can envision, and know all the joyful treasures of life.

I think Andrew struck out the last three. I don't think he will get to play tonight because of the rain.

Tell Keith to practice the boxing on the Wi. Melanie knocked him out at Caleb's birthday party.

I beat Bobby in bowling. I don't know if I will play again because I want to be the champ
