RENEGADES STREAK COMES TO AN END, VCU WINS

The Richmond Renegades winning streak came to an end last night at the Richmond Coliseum at the hands of the Fayetteville FireAntz 2-1. The FireAntz shut down the Renegade offense pretty much most of the night and both goals the Fayetteville scored were on defensive breakdowns by the Gades. The Gades will be home again tomorrow night against Huntsville before hitting the road for two weeks. The VCU Rams defeated the Georgia State Panthers in OT 65-60, with the win the Rams maintain there 1 game lead in the CAA. The Virginia Cavaliers will be at home tonight when the Clemson Tigers come to town, the Cavs need to find a way to get a win in a bad way. It isn't going to get any easier tonight for the CH girls basketball team tonight when they travel to Meadowbrook, the Monarchs have only lost 1 game all season. I have posted a link below to the photos Al took at Tuesdays game against Thomas Dale. My foot continues to feel ok but not great, my ear is still is pretty clogged and I have one wisdom tooth thats still pretty sore but besides that in feeling pretty good and considering all those problems my PAIN index is pretty low. Health and Diet Tip
Your metabolism is genetically programmed.
However, you can change your metabolism by changing your body composition. Build lean muscle mass through light weight training, and make your body more metabolically active. Muscular people burn more calories sitting still than those with less muscle mass and more body fat.

Fitness Tip
In this case it’s all about pace. Doing too much too quickly is why weekend warriors become couch potatoes during the week. Start out your exercise program slowly. Walking is one of the easiest ways, but any activity you enjoy will do. Start out with 10 – 15 minutes each day and after a week or two, gradually increase the duration, then the intensity.
