HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY, DUELS AT DAYTONA

I just I thought I would wish all you fellow bloggers a Happy Valentine's Day. We got a Valentine's Day surprise overnight a dusting of snow, it looks like it just stuck the grassy areas though but it is about as much as we have had all year. The VCU Rams continued there winning ways last night knocking off the JMU Dukes 75-56, the Rams will be at home again Saturday win the ODU Monarchs come to town. The CH girls basketball team will be at Matoaca tonight, it looks like the winner of this game tonight will finish 4th in the CD and will host a 1st round game in the tournament and the loser will be on the road. It is very possible that they may meet again in the 1sr round of the CD tournament. I have posted the photos that AL took of the Petersburg game below. They will set the rest of the field for the 50th running of the Daytona 500 today with the running of the Gatorade Duels this afternoon, there will be several drivers on pins and needles this afternoon. The computer keyboard issues that I have been having have been resolved, than goodness. My PAIN index is a little higher today because of numerous ailments. MICKEY

I would rather entertain and hope that people learned something than educate people and hope they were entertained.

WEIGHT LOSS TIP
Do not drastically cut calories. They are your body's energy and necessary for it to function efficiently. What you can do is limit the empty calories. These come from foods with little or no nutrients. If some of the leading ingredients are flour, high fructose corn syrup, sugar or partially hydrogenated oils, you can bet the food does not support your health or weight loss.

Richness of being
This moment has a beauty all its own. Look carefully and lovingly, and the real value of this moment is yours.

Instead of thinking ahead to what might or might not come next, pay attention to the richness of what is now. Instead of re-fighting past battles in your mind, open yourself to the treasure that is in front of you.

A miracle is unfolding right before your eyes. In the big picture and in the smallest of details, this very moment holds everything you could possibly need or desire.

This moment does not care how old you are, how much money you have, or what your hair looks like. Its treasures and possibilities are yours to experience no matter what.

Everything is as it is right now, and there is an immeasurable sense of peace in letting it be. Freely give your love and joy and meaning to this moment and travel along in the growing richness of being.

Think of how truly fortunate you are to be here and now. Live that good fortune with all that you are.

It was 72 degrees here yesteerday. I hate it and feel bad when it was so warm here and everyone in Col. hgts had it so cold. But, I guess I just had to deal with it.
