RENEGADES LOSE, HAPPY BIRTHDAY GEORGE

Well after winning 12 straight games the Renegades are now on a two game losing streak after falling to Huntsville last night at the RC 4-2. The Gades will now be on the road until February 29. The CH girls basketball team picked up a 39-35 win over Collegiate last night in a bit of a defensive struggle, the CH boys basketball team put up a good fight but fell to Meadowbrook 80-71. The high school basketball regular season ends next week. Today in college basketball the VCU Rams will travel up to Delaware and the Virginia Cavaliers will be at Wake Forest, I don't feel to good about the outcome of the UVA game. Speaking of UVA the 2008 ACC football schedule came out yesterday and UVA will have 7 home games next year and they will play 8 teams that went to bowl games in 2007. The impressive home schedule includes games against USC, Richmond, East Carolina, Maryland, North Carolina, Miami and Clemson. The tempers are already fairing at Daytona after a practice crash yesterday, Tony Stewart and Kurt Busch were summoned to the hauler for there antics. Also today is Georges birthday, I know he doesn't come on the blog that much anymore but I though I would recognize his birthday. My PAIN index has also been elevated due to a sore back and wisdom tooth. MICKEY
