70'S IN FEBRUARY, COLONIALS IN ACTION TONIGHT

Who would have ever thought that it would be in low to mid 70's in February, well that what it's going be the next two days here in Colonial Heights. It does look like this warm weather will come to an end this weekend though, by Sunday it's only suppose to be in the low 40's. I forgot to mention yesterday that fellow blogger Keith is in Huntsville, Alabama working for the people the next two weeks. The CH girls and boys basketball team will face the Evil Empire tonight, the girls team is at home while the CH boys head to Thomas Dale. To clear up the confusion about my AIP, API or PI indexes it will be known simply as my PAIN index. My PAIN index today has been elevated from the numerous ailments that I have right now. MICKEY

The stories of past courage can offer hope, they can provide inspiration. But they cannot supply courage itself. For this each man must look into his own soul.

Fitness Tip
Wash it down with water. 8 glasses each day will help prevent urinary track infections, kidney stones, reduce your risk of bladder and colon cancer by 50%, and help prevent constipation. And if all that weren’t enough, it may even help you pass up on snacks because it gives you a full feeling.

Give to every day
There will always be a reason to give up, and there will always be a reason to keep going. The question is, which reason will you choose to focus upon?

Your troubles will get the best of you if you give all your time and attention to them. But you always have another choice.

You can give your attention to the positive possibilities. You can choose to focus upon what's right with life.

There is something you can do in this very moment to create a little bit of positive value in your world. Though it may not seem like much, just one small positive action can have an enormous impact.

Even the smallest step has a clear and unmistakable direction. When you choose to take action, you choose to take control.

Don't allow your life to be defined by the difficulties that come your way. For beyond them all, you have something unique and beautiful to give to every day.
