A VERY TRAGIC DAY IN VIRGINIA

Yesterday was a very tragic day in Virginia when 32 people were killed at Virginia Tech in the United States deadliest shooting rampage ever in US modern history. Who would have ever thought something like this would happen here in Virginia, it just goes show you that anything can happen at anytime and anywhere. It just very sad that somebody could do this to so many people and ruin so many families. The Colonial Heights baseball returns to action tonight at 6pm at home against Hopewell, all the rest of games for the Colonials this year will CD games. Also in the CD today Thomas Dale will be at Petersburg, Meadowbrook will be at Prince George and Matoaca will be at Dinwiddie. The CH softball team and boys soccer team will also be at home tonight against Hopewell while the girls soccer team travels to Hopewell. The UVA baseball team will also be back in action tonight when plays host to the Richmond Spiders. In the SPHL playoffs last night Jacksonville defeated Fayetteville 3-2 to force game 4 on Wednesday night. The Rangers and Thrashers will resume there series in the NHL tonight in New York with the Rangers leading the series 2-0. Also Me Ma Evelyn is back home from the hospital, she was admitted Sunday after feeling dizzy. My AIP index today is about 8.456, I think I threw about 500 pitches yesterday in the cage yesterday and since I hadn't thrown in about 10 days my arm is quite sore right now. Today is also mom dad's wedding anniversary, HAPPY ANNIVERSARY MOM & DAD. MICKEY
