SUNDAY WAS A TOTAL WASH OUT

Well I was suppose to go see UVA play Georgia tech in baseball yesterday but that was washed out with just about every other activity from Georgia to Maine on the east coast. It started raining here in CH in the early Sunday am hours and it was raining when I went to bed just after 10pm last night, it has stopped this morning but it is still very wet outside. I am sure we will not be able to get on the field at the stadium today for practice, I am sure we will just have to hit in the cage. I am hoping that we will be able to get on the field for our game on Tuesday, it is suppose to be pretty windy the next two which should help in that department. I just stayed at home and watched TV all day yesterday, I watched the race, NHL playoffs and a couple of different baseball games. Speaking of the race Virginia's own Jeff Burton won yesterdays race at the Texas Motor Speedway passing Matt Kenseth on the last lap to pick up the win, next week the will race at Phoenix. In the SPHL playoffs Fayetteville beat Jacksonville again on Sunday 6-5 to take a 2-0 lead in there best of 5 series. Fellow blogger Keith is out of town this week working for the government in Illinois. MICKEY

Auntie was doing good last night when she called our house - Momma went to the hospital this morning to see her.Her CT scan came back ok, so that is good news.

Mick - I think I've got your pain index beat - the tendonitis in by right elbow has gotten a lot worse - I can hardley grip anything without a pain.
