The problem with my treadmill is causing my left leg and left hip to be quite sore which is not making me feel to good, but it's still better than running in the cold weather. Speaking of cold weather the National Weather Service says and arctic blast of cold air will hit the area this afternoon threw Saturday morning and with it there will be some strong winds as well which will cause some very low wind chills. Don't forget to take your coat with you and try to stay warm. MICKEY
