HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARK, SCHOOL IS OPEN

Well today is fellow blogger Mark's birthday, I don't know exactly how old Mark is so I won't speculate how old he really is. He probably won't see the blog today because the sate may have gave him the day off for his birthday, anyway HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARK. Well apparently is wasn't slick enough this morning in Colonial Heights to close or delay school today, the majority of the school systems in the area are on a two hour delay, but not CH. The Virginia Cavaliers defeated the Wake Forest Demon Deacons yesterday 88-76 at the JPJ Arena, the Cavs are now 3-2 in the ACC and 11-6 overall. Well this years Super Bowl is now set, it will be the Chicago Bears against the Indianapolis Colts in Miami in two weeks from yesterday. My exercise routine has been pretty messed up since my treadmill went out of service, hopefully the oil for the treadmill will arrive soon because I am really beginning to pack on the pounds. I don't like to run in the cold, it suppose to get up into the upper 40's here in CH today so I guess will be able to run outside today. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARK, MICKEY

Eat your veggies.

Listen to your mom; veggies will enhance your workout. Most veggies contain pantothenic acid, an essential nutrient that helps you stay fit and alert. This essential part of your diet contributes to the production of amino acids, helps metabolize fat and assists in the manufacture of neurotransmitters, the chemicals that carry messages in the brain.
