RENEGADES WIN 4TH STRAIGHT

The Richmond Renegades picked up there 4th straight victory last night beating the Pee Dee Cyclones 6-5 in OT, the Renegades are playing some pretty good hockey lately and will try to make it 5 straight tonight at the RC when they play host to the Fayetteville FireAntz. The CH boys basketball team fell to Dinwiddie last night 69-43, I have to say that the refs at the boys game were much better than the one the girls had the night before. Andrew's basketball team will be in action today at 12:30pm at Curtis Elementary in Chester. I have posted a link below to some photos Al took at Thursdays girls basketball game against Dinwiddie. It looks like we might get some more winter weather here in CH tomorrow, they are calling for that ever popular wintry mix. I talked to Scott last night and he said they are going to do surgery on Dusty's nose next week, he is out for the season from wrestling though. I did go to Wal-Mart this morning and I have to say that the donuts this morning were very good, I think they may have someone new making them. MICKEY

Find the right activity

Answers to three questions will tell you if your exercise program is right for you. Try different activities, and ask yourself : Do I look forward to this? Do I enjoy doing it? Do I feel good afterward? If you answer yes to all three, it's an activity you'll probably keep doing. Remember, no exercise program will work for long if you have to force yourself to do it.

Educators everywhere applaud the "wintery mix"! Oh, and I think I might be off track, but I kept coming up with "eating pizza" when I asked myself those three questions you posed!
