HAPPY BELATED BIRTH MARYLIN

We need to wish fellow blogger Marylin a HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY, her birthday was yesterday January 3. The blog master didn't know it was Marylin's birthday until somebody brought it to his attention, I didn't want her to be left of those always flattering birthday photos that I post, again a HAPPY belated BIRTHDAY. The Virginia Cavaliers pounded Gonzaga last night at the JPJ Arena 108-87 and yes fellow blogger Keith was in attendance, UVA should pay Keith to come to the games since he is such a good luck charm. The CH boys basketball team lost to Prince George last night 83-37, the CH girls team will be back in action tonight at Hopewell. The LSU Tigers crushed Notre Dame last night in the Sugar Bowl 41-14, at halftime the score was 21-14, the Irish didn't do anything in the second half. The Richmond Renegades return to the ice tonight down in the peach state against Columbus and then the Gades will play in Huntsville on Friday night before returning home on Saturday night to face Knoxville. I talked to Scott last night and he said he is at about 70% now, he said his sinuses are still bothering him pretty bad and that when he walks his head fells like it is going to explode. MICKEY

Shop 'til you drop...pounds by Miavita Fitness Tips
When you walk around the mall, you'll get more than you bargained for: A leg up on fitness. Mall walking is a perfect way to make exercise feel less like a chore and more a part of daily life. Shopping centers are heated in winter, air-conditioned in summer, safe, well lit, and free of snapping dogs and pollen. Not only will you burn calories and tone your legs, if you maintain good posture when you walk, you'll give your abs a workout. Keep yourself straight up while holding in your ab muscles; every step becomes a mini sit-up. Most of us lean forward when we walk, but we can catch ourselves easily at the mall: Just check your posture in your reflection in the windows.
