EXERCISE BIKE UP AND RUNNING

Well since my treadmill broke down last week I had to find a new piece of exercise equipment until I get my treadmill fixed so I won't have to exercise out in the cold. I bought the bike at Wal-Mart yesterday morning and dad put it together yesterday afternoon with a little assistance from Al towards the end of construction of the bike. I did use it last night and I have to day it ran pretty good, I just have to get used to it since I have been using a treadmill for so long. I do have to say that I am already a bit sore from using it this morning and I got a feeling that my soreness is going to get worst as the day goes on. In the NFL playoffs yesterday both the Patriots and the Bears picked up victories, next week New Orleans will be at Chicago to face the Bears and New England will be at Indianapolis to face the Colts with two winners meeting in the Super Bowl. It looks like it is going to make it to about 70 again today before the cool down begins, by Wednesday it might night make it to 40, my body just doesn't like all these sudden temperature changes. Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could. Some blunders and absurdities no doubt crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; begin it well and serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.

Go bananas from Miavita Food Facts
Smart bakers have a bunch of tricks for cutting fat using this versatile fruit. Mash very ripe bananas into a puree, and you can use it to replace half to 3/4 of the fat in your favorite muffin or quick bread recipe. As if that alone wasn't enough of a heart-healthy improvement, bananas are chock full of potassium, which helps regulate blood pressure. Just be aware they're a little high in calories and sugar compared to most other fruits -- a medium-sized banana has about 110 calories, a "super-sized" one may have twice that.

The massive structure covers 34 acres of land and has 17 miles of corridors, plus, a whole lot of secret places that we’ll never know about. Why? Because it’s the Pentagon, the headquarters of the United States defense effort.
