VIRGINIA AND VCU BOTH UPSET

The Virginia Cavaliers undefeated season came to an end last night at the JPJ Arena when the Liberty Flames stunned the Cavaliers 86-82.  There is no way that Virginia should lose to Liberty, they aren't even picked to win there own conference.  I do understand that fellow blogger Keith was in attendance but even that didn't help this team, Keith has a pretty stellar record at the JPJ Arena.  Also upset last night where the VCU Rams, the East Carolina Pirates stunned the Rams in OT 93-90, what has happened to the Rams they have now lost two games in a row.  I guess fellow blogger Lee is now a Duke fan again.  I talked to Scott yesterday and he told me that both Dusty & Scottie are both off to 4-1 starts on the mat this year, they both went 3-1 in tournament Saturday and both had pins on Monday night.  I think Scott must have taught them everything they now.  The Renegades continued to shake up there lineup yesterday releasing three players and signing three more, it doesn't appear that any there new signees are big goal scorers though the thing the Gades need the most.  Have a nice day.  MICKEY

People who live in their own little world never get to enjoy the worlds of others.

A grand adventure
Don't back away from life just because it gets difficult. Instead, jump into it more fully.
Don't slow down just because the road upward becomes steep. Speed up and get that extra momentum to carry you forward.

There's no good reason to let the challenges get you down. Choose instead to be energized and motivated by them.

Life is a grand adventure. You wouldn't want it to come too easily.

You have all sorts of wonderful skills and abilities. Relish the opportunities to put them to the test and to make them even stronger.

Live with passion and purpose and the resolve to handle whatever may come your way. Never stop discovering how much more you're able to do.

Hoos fall to 2nd in the Big South.

Hoos Defense is pourous. The Flames shot 67% from the field and 60% behind the Arc. Second, thought I guess Defense is not the proper term to use.

I can't justify VCU's loss to ECU, however; Rhode Island did almost beat Duke. Also, I am still a faithful Ram. Win or lose. No hat-hopping for me.
