GREEN BAY'S PLAYOFF HOPES JUS ABOUT DONE

The New Orleans Saints pounded the Green Bay Packers 51-29 last night in Monday Night Football.  The Packers looked bad on both sides of the ball, the defense couldn't stop the Saints at all and the offense just looked bad.  For a team trying to stay alive in the playoff race the Packers looked terrible.  It looks like I will have to root for the Redskins and Brett Favre and his New York football Jets this year, I still think it was a pretty bad decision for the Packers to let Favre go.  In college basketball action tonight the Virginia Cavaliers look to stay undefeated on the season when the Liberty Flames visit the John Paul Jones Arena and the VCU Rams will be on the road to face the East Carolina Pirates.  My PAIN index has come down a bit this morning but I am still a bit sore on my right side.  Also I think I have finally got the upper hand on my new police scanner, it took a while because that thing is pretty darn complicated and I am sure there still some things that I learn in the future about it.  Scott how did the boys do in the grappling tournament this weekend.  MICKEY

Changing Schedules
Not everyone can choose to exercise when they feel like it. Work and family commitments often take priority and we end up squeezing in some exercise. If you find that the only time you have to exercise is when you least feel like it, don't despair. As we learned earlier, you can change your rhythms and your body can adapt to a new exercise time. However, it may take about a month to reset your internal exercise clock.
