GADES TAKE THE FIRE OUT OF THE ANTZ, VIRGINIA LOOKS TO UPSET VIRGINIA TECH

The Richmond Renegades took the Fire out of the Antz last night at the Richmond Coliseum breaking out of there offensive slump by scoring 10 goals en route to 10-4 victory.  Offensively for the Renegades 9 different players scored in the game and there were also 4 fights in the game after the FireAntz become a bit frustrated.  The Gades however did lose there #1 goalie in the game to an apparent leg injury, the Gades will be back in action tonight home again tonight against the Twin City Cyclones.  Well if the Virginia Cavaliers want to play in a bowl game this year they will have to beat Virginia Tech in Blacksburg today and if Virginia Tech wins today they will head to ACC Championship game next week.  I have to say I don't like the Cavaliers chances today.  The East Carolina Pirates dismantled the UTEP Miners yesterday 53-21, the Pirates will play in CUSA Championship game next week.  The Virginia basketball team suffered another setback last night falling Syracuse 73-70, the VCU Rams will be in action tonight against New Mexico in the Cancun Challenge.  In high school football action today the Dinwiddie Generals will face Libertyy (Bealeton) with the winner advancing to state championship game next week at Virginia Tech.  I did go down to Wal-Mart again this morning and yes they did have the donuts ready and they were every good again.  MICKEY

Every experience you have is designed to make you stronger.

Balance Your Life - Recreation. Enjoy yourself - plan leisure time‚ set aside time for personal recreation. Take time to find out what is and what’s not important in your life.

The Bottom Line
The good news is that you get to decide the best time for you to exercise based upon your personal goals, schedule and lifestyle. Ideally, you will pick a time that you are able to stick with consistently and make part of your daily or weekly schedule. If you are training for competition, it's wise to modify your training to accommodate the event start time, and it's always wise to warm up before any workout.
