KNIGHTS END COLONIALS SEASON

The Thomas Dale Knights defeated the Colonial Heights Colonials last night 4-3 at Shepherd Stadium ending the season for the Colonials. We had our chances to pull it out but we simply didn't do enough to win. It was a good season overall but it sure did end on a disappointing not. Thomas Dale will play Matoaca tonight the finals of the CD baseball tournament, the Warriors upset Dinwiddie 9-4 in extra innings. In soccer action tonight both the CH girls and boys teams will face Thomas Dale in finals of the CD soccer tournament at Prince George. In college baseball yesterday UVA defeated NC State 6-1, the Cavaliers will face Georgia Tech today in ACC tournament action. I will post all the photos Al has taken of the girls soccer game and the baseball game as soon as I can. MICKEY

The best thing about the future is that it only comes one day at a time.

I enjoyed the season and I wish it had ended better. Two on my family membes are happy.

The cable is down at home. I don't know what Mickey will do without the computer. Maybe it will be back when he gets back home from the game. I did get to go to the beach early.
