HIGH SCHOOL PLAYOFFS RESUME TODAY

The Colonial Heights girls and boys soccer teams will be back in action today, the CH girls team will visit James River at 5:30pm to play the Rapids while the CH boys team will travel to Hanover to play the Hawks at 7pm. In baseball action today the Thomas Dale Knights will be playing at James River at 4:30pm, James River doesn't have lights thats why they are playing early. The other baseball team from the Central District Dinwiddie will be hosting Cosby tonight at 7pm. I am going to try to make it over to James River see TD play baseball and catch some the CH girls soccer game as well, it just depends on what time I get off work. The Stanley Cup Finals started last night with Anaheim picking up a 3-2 victory over Ottawa, the Ducks lead the series 1-0. We did get some much needed rain here in CH last night, all though it wasn't that much it was better than nothing, Georgia sure could use allot of rain. This past holiday weekend was good for the most part, except for getting a flat tire yesterday the weather was nice and it really wasn't to crowded at the beach. Also fellow bloggers Keith and Scott are back from there weekend trips, maybe they can give us a trip report form the Georgia coast and New York. I am off to work. MICKEY

Our trip was fun. We took a small bite out of the apple. We were in the city on Sun and spent most of our time at Time Square. We also caught a Broadway Show - Mary Poppins.

Bottom line - Andrew scored two t-shirt Jerseys Jeter and Delgado. We rediscovered that a "spoon full of sugar makes the mediciene go down, the medicine go dooowwwn!!
