BASEBALL GAMES WASHED OUT YESTERDAY

It appears all baseball games in the central district were washed out yesterday while the soccer teams did play. The Colonial Heights at Petersburg baseball game will be played Monday at 4:30pm and Thomas Dale at Matoaca game will be played 6pm Monday. In soccer action yesterday the CH girls team beat Petersburg 9-0 while the boys team beat Petersburg 10-0. The NY Rangers and Buffalo Sabres resume there playoff series tonight in Buffalo, the best of 7 series is tied at 2 games a piece, hopefully the Rangers momentum will continue tonight and they will take a 3-2 series lead back to Buffalo. The Virginia Cavaliers will also start a very important series tonight at home against the NC State Wolfpack, the Cavs just lead UNC by % points for the top spot in there division. Also tonight in Richmond the Busch series will take to the track at RIR, fellow blogger Al will be taking pictures both tonight and Saturday night at RIR. I am sure glad it is Friday, I need a few days off to deal with all my aches and pains. MICKEY
