ON THIS DAY IN HISTORY

1915 - More than 20 people were killed when German zeppelins bombed England for the first time. The bombs were dropped on Great Yarmouth and King's Lynn.JTYLTK

i'm just glad this time you posted the link to your imformation! now i don't have to spend half the day reaserching to find my answers. please in the future continue to link your source to the imfo so as to clear up any questions that i might have! also i believe that great uncle ziegfrid goulder was suposed to be one of the crew on that mission over england, but didn't make the trip because he was scheduled at the last minute to go to zeppelin pilots school! unfortunately for ziegfrid the hindenburg crashed and burned the day before he was to graduate zepplin pilot school and all zeppelin flights were discontinued!! now you know the rest of the story!

However, his twin brother Alonzo Heinrich Goulder was a member of the crew of the ill fated Hindenberg. He had a terrible smoking habit and it is believed that Heinrich was smoking next to the hellium gas jets that were keeping the blimpe aloft just prior to the Hindenberg's catasthophy
