TREADMILL SHOULD ARRIVE TODAY

Well my new treadmill should arrive sometime today, the lady at Old Dominion said it could come anytime between 8am and 5pm. Once it arrives I will need someone (AL) to put it together and you probably should bring your own tools because the ones we have may not be the best ones to use. The CH Colonials defeated Lee Davis last night on the road 65-56 to improve to 4-3 on the season, they will be off until after Christmas break now. The Richmond Riverdogs went into the third period with a 1-0 lead over Roanoke but fell to the Vipers giving up 3 third period unanswered goals 3-1 in Roanoke last night, the Dogs are home against the Elmira Jackals tonight. I did go down to the warehouse and throw a little batting practice last so my right arm is a little sore but to bad. It is suppose to warm up to the mid 50's the rest of the week after today, it has been very cold here in mornings the last few days. I have enclosed an old photo of Al from a few years ago. MICKEY

Al probably wouldn't admit it, but I think he was "on call" for the treadmill anyway!
I have to be honest. When I first glanced at this photo, I thought it was Glen, however, I do see a how you would think it was Gary!
