O THIS DAY IN HISTORY:

1606 - The "Susan Constant," "Godspeed" and "Discovery" set sail from London. Their landing at Jamestown, VA, was the start of the first permanent English settlement in America. JUST THOUGHT YOU'D LIKE TO KNOW.

Two weeks later they established "Busch Gardens" at Kingsmill. The first guest to walk through the gates was no other than Henry Ford and his illegitmant son Fairlane,who was born to Henry's mistress Zelda Thunderbird , a member of the Pontiac Indian tribe.

Believe it or not Allonzo Lightfoot Goulder was among the 1st settlers.

Allonzo married Roberta A. Franicas of Providence Forge. They later traveled to Petersburg and started their family.
