HEADING TO THE DENTIST TODAY

Well after putting it off as long as I could I will be heading back to the dentist today. The tooth that I need to put another crown on is bothering me a bit, it looks like the area beneath the tooth may have become infected. I am sure this is going to cost me allot of money and quite a bit of pain as well. Well so far in this weeks college football contest the only entry that I have received so far is Dad's, I guess there allot of people studying this weeks picks because there are several individuals who are struggling a bit. It's going to be a cool 48 degrees tonight here in CH and tomorrow night it is just going to be cold when the overnight low is expected to be 44, BBRRRRRRRR. MICKEY

Chill
Learn to take things in stride. So much of what we experience depends on our viewpoint. Be patient with yourself and with others. Allow for foibles, mistakes and human error. Address negative thought patterns that cause you to be frustrated, annoyed, irritated or angry with yourself and others. Look at perfectionistic attitudes which cause you to be too hard and unforgiving with yourself and others. Slow down, take things as they come and focus on living in the moment. Many abuse survivors are control freaks with relentless schedules. Learn to trust yourself, those you love and life just a little bit more as you get stronger and safer in your world. Trauma is about being out of control. There was a moment in your life when you were out of control and you got hurt. Being a control freak is your attempt to make your world safer, by insuring that you are never out of control again and therefore are not so vulnerable to being hurt. Learn to recognize this tendency if you have it and take back your ability to trust.

Follow the 12-minute rule.
Any amount of cardio will burn calories, but to really fight off pounds, you need at least 12 minutes (beyond a warm-up) of continuously moderate to high-intensity activity (where you're breathing somewhat hard) most days a week. That's the time it takes to create a training effect, which improves your body's ability to use oxygen and generate more fat-burning enzymes, such as lipase, so you can blast more flab during exercise—and even while doing everyday activities.
