HAVE A GOOD LABOR DAY, KAHNE WINS

Well I hope everybody has a good Labor Day and thinks about me when I am laboring today. I think this is the 1st time that I have ever worked on Labor Day. Kasey Kahne held off Kevin Harvick to win last nights race in Atlanta, next week the Sprint Cup Series will RIR and now I wasn't up to see the finish. I think last night may have been the worst nights sleep that I have had in while and thats saying allot, I think I may have slept from about 10:30pm to 1am and the I tossed and turned until I got up at 5:30am, needless to say I am tired and I have a sinus headache. Dad was the 1st person to send in his football entry this week showing how considerate he is of others, all you other players have until Wednesday night to get your entry's in. It look like the OBX will be getting a coastal storm the next few days, we might even pick up some rain here in ch as well. MICKEY

Recognize vulnerabilities: Benjamin Franklin who wore many hats, tried to achieve perfection, but realized that perfectionism does not exist. We all have weaknesses. Recognize and accept your vulnerabilities and work to minimize them. One way to eliminate vulnerabilities is to partner with people who are strong where you are weak and vice versa.

When eating, chew and digest your food slowly. Keeps you from overeating and enjoy the food.

Know you can
It's great to believe you can accomplish some particular thing. It is far more powerful, however, to know you can.

When you merely believe, there is still room for doubt. When you know, there is no doubt at all.

How do you go from belief to knowing? You must put that belief into action.

Go ahead and take the first small step in the direction of your goal. Feel how it feels and know what it's like to actually accomplish what you have chosen to accomplish.

With thinking and planning and strategizing, you believe. With experience, you know.

Get yourself some real live experience in moving toward your goal. Once you know you can, you will.
