WELL I AM OFF TO MY NEW JOB, APPOMATTOX LEAGUE GAME TONIGHT


Well I will be off to my new job in about an hour. I don't have to be there until 8am this morning however after today I will probably be coming a bit earlier than that though. It looks like I will be putting some serious miles on my truck now, each day it looks like I am going to put about 45 miles a day round trip. My truck isn't going to know how to act getting that much mileage on it. Well our Appomattox League baseball schedule is winding down and tonight we are playing at Matoaca again, this time though we are playing the best team in the league, Matoaca's #1 team. They have not lot a game all year which will be a tough task for our team. We will finish up the regular season tomorrow night with one game with CH's other team, the playoffs began next week. You do not get enough sleep. According to one study of more than 900 women, the number one indicator of unhappiness (aside from work stress) was a lack of sleep. While there are many factors that contribute to how many hours of sleep we get and how much of that is quality sleep, it has been shown that people who are sleep-deprived are more sensitive to the stress hormone cortisol. If you've been both sleep-deprived and well-rested, it probably isn't a big surprise that consistent, good sleep beefs up your physiological (and surely, emotional) ability to cope with stress.

Your stress level feels out of control. Research has noted the problem of increasing stress levels for people and particularly for women. One analysis of men and women showed that men may be happier because they give less time and energy to "unpleasant tasks" than women (there are those bills and to-dos again). Stress, some scientists say, can motivate us in the short term but wear down our happiness considerably over the long haul.

Why
The way to know how is to know why. The way to find enough motivation, inspiration, commitment and strength is to know why.

Why do you seek what you seek? Why do you desire to reach the goals you have set?

There is a purpose within you that will push you to overcome every obstacle. When you truly feel that your efforts are connected to that purpose, those efforts will surely bring the desired results.

It's easy to imitate the dreams and aspirations of those around you, and to think you want what they want. But remember that you have your very own, unique dreams, and those are the dreams to follow.

Instead of frustration, you can experience joy. Instead of disappointment, you can know fulfillment.

It all comes from truly knowing why. Allow yourself to understand why, and whatever you can imagine will be yours to create.

highway miles isn't going to huirt your truck!!! theres a girl here at staples thats selling an older toyota for $1000 if you want some dependable and great on gas!
