BOBBY'S BURNT BURGERS, BASEBALL GAME

We had some the World famous Bobby's Burnt Burgers for supper last night along with some Lucky Dogs as well. I have posted a few photos that AL took he prepared the hot dogs and hamburgers. After dinner last night me, Scott, Dad, Keith, Maureen and Andrew went over and watched the Outer Banks Daredevils play the Petersburg Generals where the Daredevils came away with 6-3 win. Well I went for a bike ride by myself yesterday because no other parties showed up, I told everybody I was going at 7:30am and I waited until 8am before I left, hopefully they will be on time today. I have posted a link below to a 2nd album of photos that AL took, the other album had over 450 photos in it so I figured I would start a new one. It was a very hot day here yesterday with temps in the mid 90's and water temp around 76 which made for a good beach day, the only problem I was that the sand was blazing hot. I hope everybody has a nice day. MICKEY

Health Tip: What's Causing My Neck Pain?
There's nothing worse than a pain in the neck, lore has it.

Frequently, neck pain can be managed by taking a pain reliever, performing stretching exercises, and applying hot and cold therapy. But it's still important to know what's behind your neck pain.

The U.S. National Library of Medicine lists these common triggers:
-Straining your neck muscles.
-Prolonged sitting.
-Having bad posture while engaged in activities such as reading, working or watching TV.
-Straining to view an improperly placed computer monitor.
-Sleeping in an unusual position.
-Injuring the neck muscles during exercise.
-Having health conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, a herniated disk, or, less frequently, meningitis.

Health Tip: Preventing a Kitchen Fire
A kitchen fire can flare at a moment's notice -- as soon as you turn your back on your broiling or baking dinner.

The fireSafety.gov Web site offers these suggestions for preventing a cooking fire:
-Never leave your kitchen while food is cooking. Always keep a watchful eye.
-Don't cook while wearing loose clothing. Choose short or tight sleeves to keep them from an open flame.
-Don't allow young children around the stove or oven.
-Keep your kitchen and stove clean and free of build-up that can ignite.
-Keep flammable items such as towels, pot holders and curtains from an open flame or heat.
-Turn the handles of your pan to the inside to prevent accidentally knocking a handle and causing a spill.
