I AM SORE ALL OVER

I sure am glad that it is Friday because I need 2 days to recover, I am sore all over from doing so much lifting this week. It really didn't start to hit me to bad until last night but I pretty sore all over, yesterday I didn't get home until around 5:40 and I was pretty tired then. Well I am going to head down to the beach tonight with dad from some R & R and will be coming back sometime Sunday. It sure is muggy here in CH this morning, if we don't get any t-storms today we will have missed a pretty good chance. Have a nice day. MICKEY

Ginger
Ginger has been found effective in multiple studies for treating nausea caused by seasickness, decreasing the pain of arthritis or even helping ease the pain of chemotherapy. My neighbor even uses it as a home remedy against heartburn. Ginger has natural compounds that work as a light analgesic and sedative, and its antibacterial properties make it the right choice to calm stomach pain. Many Asian recipes contain ginger, but if you want a fast way to try it just boil 2 tablespoons of sliced fresh ginger, then add your favorite tea bag.

Extra virgin olive oil:
Studies have shown that this type of olive oil increases the body's levels of HDL cholesterol (good cholesterol), which helps to reduce plaque buildup in the arteries.

Begin your future
Even if you've failed ten thousand times, success is within your reach. Just because you've made mistakes does not mean you must continue to make them.

Simply realizing that you've made an error is a major step toward correcting that error and getting past it. The beauty of now is that it's the end of your past and the beginning of whatever future you choose.

If you're satisfied with where you've been headed, then by all means keep going there. If you're disappointed with what has been, now is your chance to set a different direction for what can be.

Imagine how great it would feel to know that you're successfully living life on your own terms. Imagine it, and then know that even now you can make that feeling real.

You already know that your actions have very real consequences, for you are living those consequences today. This is your opportunity to choose the consequences you most desire by taking the positive actions that will bring them about.

Always, success is yours to define and create. Choose now to make it happen.
