HEADING BACK TO WORK TODAY, APPOMATTOX LEAGUE ACTION TONIGHT

Well I am heading back to work today after 10 days at the beach, I am sure that I will be a little tired tonight for sure. It is cool 65 degrees here in CH this morning and its still drizzling a little but it is suppose to clear off later go up into the upper 80's. Well I am going to have a busy week baseball wise starting tonight when we play Thomas Dale in Appomattox League action at home then travel to Matoaca on Wednesday and the travel to Hopewell on Friday, entering tonights game our record is 5-2. Well everybody has now left the beach with the exception of mom & dad and Keith, Maureen and Andrew. I think everybody will be home by Wednesday, Glenn and Pam have rented the house next door this week, it looks like they have had over 2 inches of rain on the OBX since midnight. MICKEY

Annual check up. Regular annual check-ups are a key to good health. Doctors can inform you about preventive measures and detect life-threatening diseases or conditions. The earlier you and your doctor know about diseases like breast, prostate or colon cancer, the better your chances are for recovery. In addition, doctors can outline an eating and exercise regime that is most beneficial to you.
