PRINCE GEORGE 8 COLONIAL HEIGHTS 5, RANGERS LOOK TO END SERIES TONIGHT



The Colonial Heights Colonials baseball team is playing better the last few games but just not good enough to win, the Colonial fell to Prince George last night 8-5. The had built a 5-2 lad before the Royals came back and pulled out 8-5 win, the Colonials will be back in action tonight at home against Varina at 5pm. The CH softball team lost a tough won yesterday to PG 1-0, the Royals scored there only run on a wild pitch that bounced completely outside the field. The CH girls soccer team beat PG 4-0 while the boys soccer team tied PG 1-1. The Thomas Dale baseball continued there winning ways with a 12-0 win over Meadowbrook, the Knights will face Hopewell today. The Virginia baseball team opens up a series against N.C. State tonight at home. The New York Rangers are looking to end there series with the Capitals with a win in Washington tonight, the Rangers lead the series 3-1. The Nascar Sprint Cup Series will be at Talledega this weekend, the races there at Dega usually are praetty wild ones. The weather this weekend doesn't look like it could get any better, it is going to be sunny all weekend with highs today around 80 and tomorrow and Sunday it is going to be around 90, thats Chamber of Commerce weather. Fellow blogger Keith will be heading back home from New Jersey tonight after a grueling week of government work. I am just glad that it is Friday. MICKEY
