BASEBALL PRACTICE

Well today was suppose to be the first day of baseball practice but Mother Nature has delt a blow to that. We got about an inch of snow overnight and it is coming down as of 6:30am, it is also snowing at the beach and they have close schools down there because of the weather. We got more snow this time than we did last week when they were calling for 3-6 inches, they sure can mess the forecast up. Jimmy Johnson won yesterday's Daytona 500, there was a bit of aggresive driving by Tony Stewart in the race and a few others, but there really wasn't a major crash like they have had in the past few years. I woul have rather seen someone else win though. The CH girls basketball team will play L.C. Bird in the regionals tuesday night at 6pm at L.C. Bird. The USA Hockey team continued to struggle losing to the Swiss team 2-1 in the Olympics yesterday, they play Russia on tuesday. The photo of the tennis courts is of the snow at the beach. MICKEY

Hey, Mick, the schedule we got from Bob Rose said 7:00 for tomorrow's game. Has that changed to 6?

if you'd like to see some more smack talking from donna check under the "who's in that bucket truck" post!

the ad says one thing and micket says something else who do i believe?

in my opinion johnson and crew stole another race!!! they won a dover with kyle busch second, both in cheated up cars(thats from nascar, not my opinion) they were told never to bring those cars back! nascar should have booted the car last week and not give them the option of removing the cheated up part because that makes me wonder what else was cheated up. one of the oldest tricks in the book, let the officials find one thing at the back of the car that will distract them from looking a what you don't want them to find elsewhere on the car!!!

donna you want me to bring you some more Mand M's when i come home for lunch!

My guess the Colonials will play a 6, due to the fact Bird's Boy team also has a home game as well.

Normally, when this is the situation, the Girl play at 6, and the boys start 20 mins after the completion of the Girls game (approximately 7:45).

The Heights must have gotten more snow than Chester, to close school?

Scott, I'm not a big fan of Jimmy Johnson either. But, I had him in the pool as result he won me 50 bucks. So, way to go JJ.

Since my driver, is now a talking head on ESPN. I'm looking for a new driver to pull for, may be I should get Mickey to run a poll.

I'm leaning towards (no particular order)Litle E, Tony Stewart, Kurt Busch (Rusty's Replacement), or Elliot Sadler. Or perhaps, I'll be a hat hoper and enjoy victories every week.

Keith, PLEASE not Kurt(in) Busch! I agree with Al, but of course, I'm still partial to the #38, for many reasons.

I don't care for Kenseth that much so I am glad Tony put him in his place.
