Well Me Ma Evelyn's condition is about the same as it was yesterday, there are some procedures that they would like to do on her but with her recent heart surgery they can't do them. She is on the 2nd floor at Johnston Willis Hospital and they are going to run some more tests on her today. The VCU Rams will face the UCLA Bruins in Philadelphia in this years NCAA basketball tournament, the other team in tournament from Virginia the Radford Highlanders will face the North Carolina Tar Heels. The Virginia Cavaliers and Florida State Seminoles baseball series was washed out again yesterday and now the the rest of the series has been canceled, the Cavs will face Marshall and Canisus during the week before facing Miami at home next weekend. The Richmond Renegades kept the playoff hopes alive yesterday with a 6-3 win over Twin City, the Gades have three games left and two of those are on the road and they pretty much need to win all of them to make the playoffs. The weather continues to cause problems with our baseball practice schedule and our game schedule, we probably won't be able to get back on the field for practice until at least Wednesday if not Thursday and then we have another game scheduled for Friday and it looks like we are going to get some more rain this afternoon.
