Also tonight the softball and boys soccer team will be at home while the girls soccer team will be at Hopewell. The CH girls softball team beat Douglas Freeman yesterday 7-1. The Thomas Dale baseball team picked up a big victory yesterday knocking of Matoaca 2-0, Thomas Dale will be at Dinwiddie tonight. The Virginia baseball team will face Radford today in Salem and they will play Norfolk State tomorrow before returning ACC play this weekend against Maryland. Well Al is going to come by today and put my new treadmill together with a little supervision from dad. Dad said he and fellow blogger Les struggled to get the treadmill into the shed yesterday and they got my pickup truck stuck in the mud as well and from what I understand there PAIN index is on the rise this morning. Enjoy todays nice weather because it looks like it is going to rain again on Wednesday. MICKEY

WHY DIETS DON'T WORK, Diets Make You Feel Like a Failure
Many diets are so restrictive and complicated, you're almost guaranteed to fail. It helps to understand that tackling everything at once and changing your eating habits overnight will not work. In fact, you're sure to fail if that's the approach you take and it's not because you're a loser, either. Make small changes and take your time with weight loss. Give yourself time to change bad habits.

I'm plum tuckered out from getting Mickey's treadmill put together. It took about an hour and one half. I don't know how long it would have taken without Al's assistance.
