PACKERS IMPROVE TO 4-0, BIFFLE WINS AT KNASAS

The Green Bay Packers defeated the Minnesota Vikings yesterday 23-16 to improve to 4-0 on the season. Next week the Packers will play host to the Chicago Bears in another NFC Central match up, GO PACKERS. Greg Biffle won his 1st Nextel Cup race of the season yesterday holding off Clint Boywer for the victory in a crash filled rain shortened race at the Kansas Speedway. Several drivers in the Chase for the Nextel Cup had major problems yesterday, Jimmy Johnson now leads Jeff Gordon by 4 points and Clint Boywer by 14 points, all the other contenders for the cup are more than 100 points behind. Next weeks race is at the always exciting Talladega Superspeedway. Well the baseball playoffs are almost set, the final spot will be determined today in a 1 game playoff between the San Diego Padres and Colorado Rockies. In case you have noticed today is October 1 and Christmas is just 2 months away now. MICKEY
