A VERY FOGGY MORNING HERE IN COLONIAL HEIGHTS

The fog started developing last night between 7pm and 8pm and it has remained threw the night, it isn't as thick as it was when I went to bed last night but it is still pretty thick. The NWS says the temp today is going to be around 68. The CH boys basketball team had a tough night last night at Thomas Dale falling to the Knights 85-47, next up for the Colonials will be a game with a very good Dinwiddie team Friday night. The CH girls basketball will be back in action tonight when the travel to Dinwiddie to take on the Generals. I have posted a link below to the photos Al took at the TD vs CH girls game from Tuesday night. Scott how did the boys due in there first wrestling match last night, did you or Joy take any photos. Well all you bloggers or people who read the blog from CH you just have one more day to work or go to school before you get 11 straight working days off plus the weekends, I am sure some of you will have to use next week to do allot of your Christmas shopping. I have posted an old photo of AL opening up some gifts at Christmas from many years back, I like the Washington Redskins robe. Has anybody heard or seen from Gary or George, they both have been very absent. MICKEY

Asphalt-y logic?
Choosing the right running surface goes a long way toward protecting your knees. Find a grass, dirt, all-weather track or some other soft surface if you want to pick up the pace of your workout and run. Avoid asphalt it increases the impact on your joints -- and your chance of injuries, sore knees and shin splints.
