ANYBODY NEED ANY DORITOS

If you need some Doritos you might want to head down to Hatteras Island and see if you can catch some us they wash up on shore. Apparently a cargo ship lost a container of Doritos offshore during the Northeaster last week and they have made there way to land and they are still fresh. As you can see from the photos some people are loading up on them, I got the photos from Hampton Roads.com. As you can tell from Al's entry the Colonials girls basketball team started the season off with a win last night beating Powhatan 53-40, the games was a bit sloppy at first but the Colonials did settle down a bit in the second half en route to the victory. The CH boys will open there season tonight against Trinity. The Richmond Renegades beat the Pee Dee Cyclones last night 4-3, the Gades will play the Fayetteville FirAntz tonight in NC. The Gades #1 goalie was injured last night hopefully it wasn't nothing serious, but some reports out of SC said it looked like it could be. In a bit of sad news Pro wrestler “Rowdy” Roddy Piper has been diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a cancer that attacks the lymph system. Piper and Ric Flair had just won the WWE tag team title last month but had to cut there tour as champs after Piper became ill. Enjoy today's mild weather because the cold air is on the way. MICKEY

Get a grip
Grab a tennis or racquetball for a quick workout off the court. Squeeze one and strengthen the muscles of your hands and arms at the same time. Simply grasp the ball and perform 12 - 15 reps per hand. You may want to start with a "used" tennis ball at the start, then graduate to a ball with more resistance as your conditioning improves.
