PACKERS WIN A WILD ONE, COLD WEATHER ON THE WAY

The Green Packers rested several of there stars yesterday but that didn't stop the Packers from beating the Lions 45-41 behind Matt Flynn's 6 TD passes, that's right Matt Flynn not Aaron Rogers.  The 6 TD's by Flynn set a Packers franchise record.  With the win the Packers finish the season with a 15-1 record and will receive a bye in the 1st round round of the NFL playoffs.  Meanwhile the Redskins woes continued in Philadelphia yesterday as the Eagles beat the Redskins 34-10, plain and simple the Skins had a terrible year.  The Virginia basketball team has a tough game on the road tonight at LSU, the Cavs will need to pay better than they have been playing the last few games to come away with a big road win.  The VCU Rams will be on the Hofstra in CAA match-up.  Some much colder temps are on the way however it doesn't look like it is going to stay around to long, tomorrow it is only going be 34 and the low tomorrow night will be in the upper teens.  The temps will moderate into 50's by Friday though.  MICKEY
