The New England Patriots improved to 13-0 with a 34-13 win over Pittsburgh, it looks like the Patriots might go 16-0 now, they have a very favorable schedule the rest of the year. On the other side of impressive the Miami Dolphins are now 0-13 and just like Pats and there schedule is favorable for them to 0-16. Fitness Tip
Change is good. If you’re working out with weights, periodically change the order of your routine. For example, instead of doing barbell bench presses at the start of your chest exercises, begin with dumbbell incline presses, or possibly dumbbell chest presses. There are many ways to restructure a training session, and switching up the order is an effective catalyst for progress.

Garden Tip Working in Wet Soil
This time of year, the soil in many gardens is very wet, and walking and working in the garden can compact and damage the soil. If you absolutely must work in the garden, protect the soil by laying down a sheet of wood to walk on. You should never till or dig wet soil.
