COLONIALS & REDSKINS WIN, RENEGADES FALL

The CH girls basketball team beat Dinwiddie last night in there CD opener, the final score wasn't in the paper but from unnamed source I was told the score was 65-39. The CH boys team will be at home tonight against Dinwiddie. Also tonight the Virginia Cavaliers will be at home against the Longwood Lancers, both Keith and Andrew will be in attendance tonight, however Keith was in attendance against Syracuse so I think his luck might have run out. The Washington Redskins beat the Chicago Bears last night 24-16, the Skins lost there starting QB Jason Campbell in the 2nd quarter with a dislocated kneecap however backup QB Todd Collins looked pretty good for the Skins. The Skins had several other injuries during the game and it's a good thing they have 10 days off before there next game because there sideline looked like a MASH unit. The Richmond Renegades lost to Jacksonville last 5-3, the Gades will be in Columbus tonight and tomorrow night. The Richmond Spiders football team will be playing in the semi-finals of the I-AA playoffs tonight at Appalachian State, the game in on ESPN2 if anybody would like to see it. Well I still haven't heard anything form the CH Medical Center about my x rays, I have called them every day this week and they haven't returned a single call which to me is unacceptable, I will be switching Dr's after this fiasco. To solve the problems of today, we must focus on tomorrow.

Fitness Tip
You know how there’s a food pyramid? You should think of your fitness routine as a pyramid too. The foundation is cardio exercise, at least 30 minutes each day. On top of that? Stretch every day as well, to maintain your flexibility and reduce stress. And at the top of the pyramid? Strength training, at least twice a week.

Start with joy
There's a reason why the sunrise is so beautiful and magnificent. It sets the stage for a positive, fulfilling day.

When you start the day by choosing to be joyful, you put yourself in a creative, effective state of mind. You'll make yourself better able to handle whatever may come your way during the day.

A relationship that gets off to a positive start at the very beginning will quickly flourish and build great value. You can forge a positive relationship with each day when you begin it in a joyful way.

Even if the day is gray and gloomy you can choose to start it with a positive experience of your own making. Fulfillment comes to those who make it happen, and there's no better time than the beginning of your day to start moving forward.

There's an endless list of ways in which you can begin the day on a positive note. And the days that start well have the best chance of going well.

A new day arrives, ready to be lived. Choose to start it with joy.

I think it is time for you to go down to the Dr's office and park yourself until you get an answer.
