A GOOD TURNOUT

There was a very good turnout last night at the CHHS spring sports banquet, I would say there was at least 500 people there easlily and probably a bit more. We did not have chicken to eat either, we had roast beef, mashed potatoes, green beans and coke product of your choice and it was pretty good. My Victory Red truck turned another milestone yesterday reaching the 2,500 mile mark in less 11 months, that's allot of miles for me in one year. Andrews LL team has must win game tonight at 8pm, it's either win or go home tonight for them and they will be without one of there coaches who is in the garden state. The Matoaca Warriors will play Oakton tonight at 6pm at Matoaca in the quarterbacks of the state AAA baseball tournament, I will probably go the game myslef. The Carolina Hurricanes won game 1 of the Stanley Cup finals when Edmonton's goalie got caught out of the net with 31 seconds left in the game giving Carolina a 5-4 victory. Edmonton's best goalie injured his knee in the 3rd period last night and may be out for the series. In an injury update on me my foot and big toe are much better now but now my right elbow is acting up again and it is very sore. I have posted an old photo of mom on the beach from a few years back. Thanks for the praise for Julianne. I'm very proud of her. I will repeat that she did NOT get her athleticism from her mother! And, Gary, my child DID go to school today! She was angry that anyone would pull such a stunt. In one of her classes, she was one of 4 students there!
