THE RANGERS ARE IN TROUBLE, VIRGINIA WINS

Well if the New York Rangers want to move on to the 2nd round of the NHL Playoffs the had better wake up the offense.  After losing game 2 last night 2-0 the Rangers find themselves down 2-0 to the Capitals in there best of  7 playoff series.  The Virginia baseball team continued its winning ways yesterday beating Duke 10-0 in game game 1 of there 3 game weekend series and because of the impending storms today in Charlottesville will not play today but will play a doubleheader on Sunday.  They qualify today for tomorrows race Talladega weather permitting, the same system that is suppose to bring us storms today is also effecting Alabama as well.  I sure hope it does rain today to wash some of this pollen away because it is really bothering me.  MICKEY

Carrots for memory. Carrots—along with bell peppers, celery, rosemary and thyme—contain luteolin, a flavonoid believed to reduce inflammation that can lead to cognitive decline.
