COLONIALS IMPROVE TO 4-1

The Colonial Heights Colonials baseball team improved 4-1 yesterday with a 23-0 win at Hopewell yesterday, in the win the Colonials racked up 21 hits in the game.  The Colonials will be back in action tonight at 5pm at Meadowbrook and are scheduled to return home tomorrow but it looks like tomorrow could be a rain-out.  The Cincinnati Big Red Machine improved to 5-0 yesterday beating the Astros 12-4, the Reds will face the Astros again this afternoon before hitting the road tomorrow to Arizona.  If the New York Rangers want to make the Stanley Cup Playoffs this year they need to beat Atlanta tonight, currently the Rangers lead the Hurricanes by 2 points for the final spot and trail 7th place Buffalo by 1 point.  If the the Rangers win tonight and Saturday they are in the playoffs if they lose either games there is a pretty good chance they will miss the playoffs.  GO RANGERS.  MICKEY
