COLONIALS WIN BIG, UCONN WINS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

The Colonial Heights Colonials baseball team came out swinging yesterday at L.C. Bird beating the Skyhawks 18-4 in 5 innings at Bird yesterday.  The Colonials racked up 17 hits in the win and are scheduled to play at Matoaca tonight weather permitting.  Also a scheduling update the Colonials will be at Hopewell on Wednesday night at 6pm making it a 5 game week and of course that is weather permitting.  The Virginia baseball team will be at home today against Radford.  UCONN won the National Championship in basketball last night beating Butler 53-41, Butler simply just just couldn't make any shots.  We had a pretty good t-storm come through Colonial Heights this morning around 5am, one good thing is that the storms were moving pretty quick so we didn't get a tremendous amount of rain.  MICKEY

To prevent aches and pains after long hours of computer use, take periodic breaks to do stretch exercises at your desk.
