PENGUINS EVEN UP SERIES WITH CAPS, WE DIDN'T PLAY AGAIN YESTERDAY

The Pittsburgh Penguins evened up there best of 7 series at 2 games a piece last night with a 5-3 win over the Capitals, the two teams don't have much time for rest because they will play game 5 of the series tonight in Washington. The Caps need to turn things around in a hurry, in the other Eastern Conference semi final series the Hurricanes beat the Bruins 4-1 to take a 3-1 series lead. Well were suppose to play Petersburg yesterday but there filed was still to wet so we are now scheduled to play them in a doubleheader on Tuesday but there seems to be some question of whether they are going to show up. The Virginia baseball team returned to action last night falling to Duke 11-4, somebody forgot to tell them that exams were over. Matt Kenseth captured the pole for tonights race at Darlington edging out Jeff Gordon for the pole, Kenseth also won last night Nationwide race as well. Well the annual Fort Clifton Arts & Crafts Festival is this weekend at Fort Clifton behind Tussing Elementary, it looks like they will be having some nice weather for a change for this years festival. I did go down to Wal-Mart and get some of there World Famous Donuts this morning and I have to say they were very good as usual, however I was slightly injured opening up the door to get to the donuts when one of my fingers got hung up in the handle and turned the wrong way. When you have completed your exercise regimen instead of scarfing down carbs grab some fresh fruit and water. The reason is that for a minimum of an hour after exercise the body is still breaking down fat. You need to allow the body to finish doing its job.

Sleep an extra hour
Sleeping 8 hours per night (instead of 7 or fewer) can make you about 30% less likely to develop a cold. And participants in this study who reported difficulty falling asleep or not feeling rested the next morning also had decreased immunity. So stop reading, browsing, or listening to news about swine flu (remember what I said about stress?) and hit the hay an hour earlier. You’ll look better too.

Live the beauty
This day is filled with more treasure than you could ever think to desire. Live the beauty as it comes.
All the gold and diamonds in the world cannot buy a single moment of precious time. Yet you have that very moment right now.

Act on your best dreams and watch joyfully as they become real. Choose from among endless possibilities the ones that bring sweet fulfillment.

Love sincerely, and be loved. Encourage, and be encouraged.

Delight at your view from the center of a perfectly balanced reality. Give the gift of your own positive thoughts and efforts, and watch as their influence spreads throughout your world.

This golden day, this precious moment has sprung to life all around you. Give and receive its most profound treasure.
