The Colonial Heights baseball team picked up its 1st Central District win of the season yesterday beating Meadowrook 6-2 yesterday, the Colonials look to extend there CD winning streak today when the Colonials play Petersburg in a doubleheader at home. The CH softball team beet Meadowbrook yesterday 25-2. The Virginia baseball team returns to action today at home against VCU, the Cavs will finish up the season on the road this weekend at Virginia Tech. The Washington Capitals stayed alive last night in the NHL playoffs beating the Pittsburgh Penguins 5-4 in OT forcing a game 7 tomorrow night in Washington. I didn't get to see any of this game but I am glad the Caps won and hopefully they will win tomorrow as well. It feels like it is Fall again this morning here in CH with a temp in the mid 40's but its going to make it into the 70's later today. My PAIN index is still because aggravated my left shoulder again yesterday and it is quite sore. MICKEY
