REDSKINS LOSE AGAIN

The Washington Redskins rough season continued last night with a 27-17 lost to the Philadelphia Eagles. The Skins offense continued there struggles last night and the defense looked pretty bad in th 1st half as well allowing 2 very long TD plays as well. It doesn't get any easier for the Skins the next few weeks, next week the face the Falcons followed by the Broncos, Cowboys and Eagles again. It looks like it is going to be a rainy day and night here in CH before it finally clears off sometime Thursday. Have a good day. MICKEY

Strengthen your body's defenses. If you don't take care of your body, your immune system can let you down when it comes to fighting infection such as the swine flu. Get plenty of sleep each night so that you're well-rested. A healthy diet is also important, says the Mayo Clinic. Treat your body to healthy foods, including plenty of whole grains, lean proteins, vegetables and fruits to give it the power to help rebuff the H1N1 virus.

Tips and Warnings
If you're concerned about the H1N1 influenza virus, avoid large public settings and crowds to reduce your exposure.

If you feel flu-like symptoms, head to your doctor for a prompt diagnosis and any recommended treatment.

I am sure fellow bloggers are glad to see the return of Mickey's pain index now posted on the scroller.

Mickey, you should have the scroller projected on the front of your house. Then those without a computer could keep up with your pain index.

I do not remember the pain index being displayed to tenths in the past. Modern technology I guess.
