COLONIALS BACK IN ACTION TONIGHT, ANGELS STAY ALIVE

The Colonial Heights Colonials football team will be back in action tonight at Meadowbrook, the Monarchs are 6-0 and ranked in the top 5 in the state. Last night down in Georgia Crawford County played Callaway and were trailing 49-7 at the half and barring a major comeback lost to Callaway, Scott can you give us an update on this game. I went up saw the Colonials volleyball teams in action last night against Thomas Dale, the boys team fell to Thomas Dale 3-0 while the CH girls beat TD 3-0 and clinched the Central District with the win. In college football action last night North Carolina blew a 24-3 lead in the 2nd half and lost to Florida State 30-27, I picked UNC in our football contest. In the MLB playoffs last night the Angles stayed alive beating the Yankees 7-6, the Yankees still lead the series 3-2. The Nascar Sprint Cup Series will be at the Martinsville Speedway and the question is can anybody slow down Jimmie Johnson. MICKEY

Swiss cheese Calcium-rich foods reduce fat-producing enzymes and increase fat breakdown, and Swiss has more calcium than many of its cheesy peers. Choose the reduced-fat variety, such as Sargento. Slip it into your sandwich, put it on top of high-fiber crackers or use it for a healthier grilled cheese. Yum!

Working too hard. Newbies sometimes go at their new workout programs like veteran exercisers. Starting easy and working your way up to more frequent exercise makes your workouts more enjoyable and gives your body time to adjust to exercise.

Not working hard enough. On the other hand, some people don't take their intensity high enough to promote weight loss results. Learn the right way to Monitor Your Intensity.

crawco lost to callaway 69-7 once again callaway demonstrated their lack of class by playing their starters to the end. scottie was knocked out for a few seconds on a punt return at the start of the second half and i told the coach to put him on the bench. why he was even in there with an injury and a 49-7 lead is beyond me. it will probablly be his last game this season, he needs to heel up some before wrestling season starts.
