CAPS & RANGERS LOSE, A COUPLE OF COLD NIGHTS

The New York Rangers & Washington Capitals both lost yesterday in the Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Rangers fell in OT to the Devils 3-2 but the Rangers still lead the series 2-1 while the Philadelphia Flyers beat the Capitals 2-0 to even there series at 1 game a piece. It looks like it is going be pretty cold the next two nights here in CH with lows around 34 and the daytime highs aren't going to be to warm either with highs in the low to mid 50's before the temp starts to moderate by Wednesday. If you are going to the baseball game Tuesday night you might want to put on some warm clothes. My PAIN index continues to be on the high side this morning, my allergies are still bothering pretty bad and running outside didn't help the situation any, my head is still hurting from where I struck my head in the shower Friday night and my right ear is still hurting and is pretty clogged up. Hopefully I won't get any more ailments before some of my current problems go away. MICKEY

No duty is more urgent than that of returning thanks.

To be alive
Give for the sake of giving. Love for the sake of love.

Live for the sake of living. Learn just because you can.

Don't fill the future with ambiguous motives or imagined fears. Fill the moment you're in with the extraordinary richness of ordinary life.

This day is a gift that you've never had before. Jump in and explore the exquisite treasure that is right now at your feet.

Life's beauty appears at exactly the place where you choose to see it. Choose to see the beauty and value of whatever situation you find yourself experiencing.

Listen to the part of you that resonates with life's true and never ending goodness. Experience again and again, in a new way each time, what it means to be alive.
