BASEBALL PRACTICE UNDERWAY

Well baseball practice got underway yesterday and it was a little cool but it wasn't to bad once I started throwing some. We weren't able to get on the infield at the stadium yesterday but we were able to hit in the outfield. I think we should be able to get on the infield by this afternoon since it didn't freeze last night and it is going be windy and warm today which should dry out the infield a bit. As you can tell my aches and pain index has began to climb a bit, I do have a blister on my right big toe and my arm is a little tight but I should be able to throw some this afternoon if needed, I think I will probably be hurting worst Wednesday. The UVA baseball team completed a three game sweep of George Washington yesterday winning 15-2, the Cavs will face William and Mary today in Charlottesville. The UVA basketball team is back in the top 25 in both the coaches and writers polls, the Cavs will play at Miami on Wednesday night. Well today isn't a government holiday so all you government workers need to go back to work today. MICKEY

The great thing about getting older is that you don't lose all the other ages you've been.
