TUXEDO'S FOR WEDDING

I understand that Al has picked out his tuxedo's for his and Donna's wedding and that he has decided to go with a retro tuxedo that can found in this photo. At first I thought Al was joking about the green tux but I think it will work as long as we get a top hat and a cane to cane to with it, I think George may have some reservations about wearing a green tux though. I am glad that is friday it has been a very long week and my arm is very sore, I just need a little rest. The pollen around is also very bad, we did get a bit of rain in a surprise thunderstorm but I think all that did was stir up the pollen. The Riverdogs have a very big game tonight in Quad City if they win they have a pretty good shot of making the playoffs, if they lose they are probably done. Kyle Busch got a reckless driving ticket in Henrico wed night near the airport, he was in town for some testing at RIR. Also is appears are softball team will playing much earlier this season in some tournaments so I will have some more aches and pains to complain about. MICKEY

The shirt looks like the Pirate shirt Kramer's girlfriend made for Jerry to wear on the Tonight show.

If y'all like the tux, just wait till you see the bridesmaids' dresses and the hair styles I've asked them all to wear. (Can you say Priscilla Presley on her wedding day??) Bye the way, I have that prom picture on the mirror of my dresser with the other person covered by another picture! Let's just say that the older woman won out over the high matainence prom date! Ahh, life is good! :)

Donna, I think this is the time to speak up and tell Al that green doesn't go well with sky blue.

Claire said...

Me again. What is wrong with purple. It would go with my dress.

Al said...

i have never liked high maintinence at all!!!!!

Al said...

the color purple the tux's are, are much bright and louder than the purple dress you bought!

Has anyone told you that neither green, purple or baby blue are my color.ruffles rock. And Al love the hair, and lots of it back then too..you wont have to worry about the comments of your wife making you lose or pull out your hair. Mine will be gray in probably 2 more weeks. And yes all the Busch's are punks. Ill clear the calendar July 8th.

oh by the way..A can of sun drop--50 cents, a ticket to RIR for the Cup race--$90, to see Mickey in a tux again..PRICELESS!!

george you don't have to come to the heights just for your fitting you can do it at any after hours formal wear store juat tell them you'll pick it up at the colonial heights store. everyone will need a credit card, drivers license and a $20 deposit to rent the tux. just for the record they are black, with a black tie and ashalt vest(dark grey). i think the only time mickey wears a suit is when he rents a tux!!

Nothing like a GM Goodwrench #3 Chevy colored tux!!

I went in for my fittlng after hours (1AM) and they were closed

That should be listed under Stoopid Facts!

Al's the color man. If he wants green and sky blue, that's what he can have. Since he didn't get the red that he wanted for the wedding color, that's the least I can do. I did hear Al say "No bow tie" several times while he was being measured. Maybe this photo is the reason he kept repeating that!

Al said...

george if you want you can put a big 3 on your back!!! i don't think donna will mind!!!!! and yes i hated that bow tie!! sad thing is my graduation picture i wore a similar style tux and bowtie!!!

donna said...

It was the style then,Al. Don't look back!

Al said...

see george donna didn't even comment on you wearing a 3 on the back of your tux!!! it must be ok!!!!

bobby said...

Hey!!!1 I tied that tie

Al said...

you have never tied a bow tie in your life!!

George said...

A #3 on my back it is then. Thanks Donna..By the way is this the most responded post in Mickey blog history? Glad I was a part of it.

George, I think it is the 2nd most rsponded post in history. I think you forgot about the Wiffle Ball Hall Of Fame post in which Gary quit the blog.
