BIG GAME IN THE CAA TONIGHT

The VCU Rams will be looking too bounce back from Saturdays loss tonight when the George Mason Patriots visit the Seigel Center tonight.  If the Rams win they will be in 1st place tie atop the CAA if they lose they will be ties with ODU, the Rams really have allot more to play for thats for sure.  The Colonial Heights girls basketball team will be in action tonight in the Central District Tournament, the Colonials will be facing the Petersburg Crimson Wave.  It sure was a very nice day here in the Heights yesterday with temps going over the 70 degree mark, it is going to be in the low 50's today before returning to the 60's and even another 70 degree day later in the week.  Well I still have a bit of crick in my neck this morning but it is not quite as bad as it was yesterday thought, my right arm is a bit tight after throwing about 225 pitches last night.  I did get some help throwing last night so I cut back on my number of pitches.  Also we are looking for 2 more baseball games since Petersburg is not going to field a varsity baseball team.  MICKEY
