PACKERS PLAY LIKE REDSKINS, JOHNSON HAS TROUBLE AT TEXAS

The Green Bay Packers did there best Washington Redskins impression yesterday falling to the winless Tampa Bay Buccaneers 38-28, the Packer offensive line is terrible and the QB has to get rid of the ball more than he does, he just gets sacked to may times. Speaking of the Redskins the lost to the Falcons 31-17, the Redskins are just simply a bad football team. Points leader Jimmie Johnson was involved in a early accident yesterday at Texas which has dwindled his points lead to 73 over Mark Martin with 2 race left, Kurt Busch won yesterdays race at Texas followed by Denny Hamlin. The Colonial Heights girls volleyball team will be in action tonight at home against Cosby in the Central Region playoffs, game time is 7pm. It looks like Georgia will be feeling the effects of Tropical Storm Ida tomorrow and par of Wednesday. MICKEY

BAGEL
While a bagel may seem like a safe morning staple, according to health expert, author, and certified nutritionist Samantha Heller, white grains, especially when ingested without protein, can cause a spike in blood sugar. Your body reacts by pulling your blood sugar down, causing you to feel lethargic. So while that morning bagel may fill you up and give you a momentary sense of well-being, you’ll regret it an hour later when you’re tired, cranky, and you forget the client’s name (again) on your 11 a.m. conference call.

HOT DOGS
Mass-produced packaged meats, such as salami, bologna, and hot dogs (basically anything you could procure at a gas station) are loaded down with nitrates, a common food preservative. According to Christine Simmons of HeathAssist.net, nitrate-containing foods can cause migrane headaches, as well as tension headaches—that lovely head-in-a-vise feeling. If you've gotta get your cured meat on, look for organic or locally sourced options.

You’ve heard: “Grab a cup of coffee to relieve a headache.”
The Truth: Better make it two cups. Studies show that 200 milligrams of caffeine—about the amount in 16 ounces of brewed coffee—does provide relief from headaches, including migraines. However, relying on caffeine long-term can backfire. Find out what happens to regular coffee drinkers and what you can do.

Packers playing like the Redskins ...That kind of harsh don't you think? Only the Caviliers and Colonials play somewhat like the Redskins.
